Shipping and Returns

Shipping Costs
Free Shipping!
All US orders qualify for Free Shipping. Select styles are excluded. All transit days are an estimate and are not guaranteed for most services.

Delivery Times
Most orders will be processed/shipped out between 1-5 business days.
Packages may arrive separately. 

APO/FPO 
Moose and Lulu's will ship to most Armed Forces addresses. These shipments are always sent USPS, and cannot be shipped with Express mail. Moose and Lulu's has no control over transit times for these orders due to their customs and military mail procedures.

Tracking 
Moose and Lulu's sends all shipments out with a tracking and/or delivery confirmation number. Please check your email for this information. Items may arrive separately to allow for quicker shipping. Every Item will have its own tracking number. 

Moose and Lulu's does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation.
